For example:

把一个exe程序做成window的服务，在cmd窗口中使用sc命令。
sc create oracleaa binPath= "D:\oracle\produc
\10.1.0\Db_1\bin\isqlplussvc.exe" type= own displayname= "oracleaa"

注意：每个=号之后，都有一个空格。
