报错问题原因：
统一资源标识符没有注册，没有在IDEA工具中声明
解决方案：
1.复制报错的URI
2.IDEA的左上角点击
file–>settings…–>languages & frameworks–>Schemas and DTDs
3.然后选择点击右侧绿色的+号图标
把已经复制好的URI粘贴进去，选择OK
IDEA的xml文件报错：URI is not registered ( Setting | Project Settings | Schemas and DTDs )异常解决
