解决办法
- 在管理员powershell中输入set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
- 重启vscode，在terminial中可以看到(base)前缀
- 如果还没有，则使用conda init
vscode无法启动conda / 无法加载文件C:\Users\user\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\profile.ps1因为在此系统上禁止运行脚本
