Accounting Intern
This Accounting Intern is for Fremont Office.
Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Intern will handle a variety of Accounting duties that are both educational and real business experience.
The Intern will have an opportunity to learn about and work hands-on with, but not limited to:
• Assist cost/profit centers in analyzing budget variances and year-to-year fluctuations.
• Analyze total company consolidated general and administrative expenses.
• Facilitate the preparation, delivery, and feedback of monthly departmental expense reporting.
• Prepare various ledger account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Create journal entries to record monthly activity/corrections for entry to the general ledger.
• Research and understand significant accounting events by inquiring to essential personnel
and/or reviewing source documents.
• Prepare fixed asset reconciliation along with depreciation entries.
• Assist in designing and implementing new programs and procedures to improve accounting accuracy and effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Be enrolled student of Bachelor's level accredited college or university, in related degree
focus of Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Community Marketing Associate
In the role, you are the face of OnePiece to prospective tenants, a culture carrier, and a positive experience creator. This role has an opportunity to not only invent and refine what community engagement looks like online and in-person for prospective tenants, but also to innovate through mediums like social media, video, and larger marketing campaigns. In this role you’ll actively collaborate with the Business Development and Operations teams in addition to the Marketing team.
The Community Marketing Associate Will
• Manage and curate the prospective tenants experience:
• Coordinate pre and post-event communications and logistics, including
monitoring RSVPs and sending invitations, confirmations, and thank you emails.
• Organize sourcing and directing volunteers and volunteer roles for OP events.
• Work after hours to manage prospective tenant event
• Track and report the effectiveness of events in terms of conversion to tenants
and attendee satisfaction.
• Ideate on new event concepts and test new formats every month
• Manage OP’s Online community presence:
• Manage our presence on Meetup/Eventbrite
