Mac 安装brew时遇到curl: (7) Failed to connect to raw.githubusercontent.com port 443: Connection refused

mac在安装homebrew时候，国内的一些IP就会出现如此错误，原因就是被墙了。解决方法如下：

1.翻墙再安装（亲测可用）

2.换一个网络再试试，比如用手机开热点再试试。
