M30T series magnetostrictive electronic water gauge is developed according to the principle of magnetostrictive measurement, which can continuously and accurately measure the height of the liquid level. Magnetostrictive electronic water
gauge consists of four parts: sensor probe, signal processing unit, liquid level float, limit clamp ring.
The sensing probe is equipped with a stainless steel tube protection tube, inside the protection tube is a waveguide wire mounting bracket, and the protection tube is used to protect the magnetostrictive measuring element installed inside. The center of the sensing probe is a magnetostrictive waveguide wire sensitive to changes in the magnetic field, which can accurately transmit measurement signals.
A ring magnet is installed inside the liquid level float, and the position of the float on the liquid level is transmitted to the signal conversion unit through the waveguide wire.
The signal processing unit is the sensor transmitting part. The measurement signal transmitted by the waveguide wire is calculated and converted into a digital signal for output.
The limit clamp ring is used to prevent the float from falling off after installing the float.

Precautions and troubleshooting
1. When connecting the wire, pay attention to the positive and negative power supply and the signal must not be reversed, otherwise the receiving device will not receive the signal.
2. The electronic water gauge must be installed vertically, otherwise it will affect the measured water level.
3. The installation of the electronic water gauge is completed. If there is no data display, first check whether the connecting cable is connected correctly.
4. The equipment displays data, but the data is incorrect. Check whether the zero point test on the measuring rod has changed and whether the float slides freely.
