Main composition and scope of application

Radar water level gauge mainly includes: transmitter, transmitting antenna, receiver, receiving antenna, signal processing and transmitting unit. There are also auxiliary equipment such as power supply equipment, data acquisition equipment, and anti-interference equipment.

The radar water level gauge is suitable for monitoring the water level of rivers and reservoirs, open channels, and in front of the reservoir dam, and the tail water level under the dam. Installation method

1. The installation of the water level gauge must have a solid foundation. It can be a vertical pole, the distance between the straight wall and the embankment is greater than 20CM, and the slope of the embankment should ensure that the antenna is located above the main stream;

2. The antenna port of the water level gauge should be installed in the waterway area without interference;

3. The horn antenna of the water level gauge needs to be installed perpendicular to the water surface;

4. Cable routing pipe, PVC pipe, galvanized steel pipe, etc. can be used.

Debugging steps

1. Correctly wire the installed water level gauge, please refer to 2.3 Wiring Definition;

After the wiring is completed, please lock the waterproof connector!

2. Turn on the power and set the necessary parameters:

The communication line RS485 is connected to the computer through the conversion module,

According to the communication protocol, use the debugging software to view or set the local address;

You can also view and set the address of the machine directly from the panel, using the ADDR button;

3. Connect the acquisition unit (such as RTU, PLC, etc.) for water level measurement and acquisition.

4. After debugging, please screw the upper cover!
