The technician immediately checked the situation. During the investigation, it was found that it was the user's EasyNVR configuration problem. The EasyNVS currently used by the user is an old version. When connecting to the new version of EasyNVR, it is necessary to modify the compatible configuration in the parameters of EasyNVR, as follows:

Change here to use_living_stat=false.

After the above modification, restart the service, and the channel will be able to show that it is online normally.
