Many users will install the software or games they want through the built-in Microsoft Store, but some users find that the Windows 10 Microsoft Store cannot install software. What's going on?
1. First return to the desktop and click the Start button, as shown in the figure below.
2. Click the Windows system on the start menu to enter, as shown in the figure below.
3. Right-click the command prompt, select More-Run as administrator, as shown in the figure below.
4. Enter wsreset in the command window and press Enter, as shown in the figure below.
5. Wait for 1 minute to re-enter the Microsoft store, as shown in the figure below.
6. Then find the application to be installed and click Get, as shown in the figure below.
7. Finally, you can see that it can be installed normally. After the installation is complete, click Enable, as shown in the figure below.
