Recently, Shanghai Tianshu Zhixin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianshu Zhixin")'s general-purpose GPU product Tiangai 100 and Flying Paddle have completed Level III compatibility testing. The test results show that the compatibility between the two parties is good, and the overall operation is stable. Product Compatibility Proof This level III compatibility test includes model verification in the five technical fields of natural language processing, computer vision, intelligent recommendation, intelligent voice and reinforcement learning. After the joint rigorous test of the two parties, it shows that the accuracy and speed of Tianshu 100 products on Transformer, BERT, ResNet50, PP-YOLOE, ERNIE 3.0, GPT-2, FFM and other models meet the requirements. The flying propeller has good compatibility, and the overall operation is stable. It has reached the requirements of level III adaptation and mutual recognition, and its performance can meet the application requirements of users.

Tianji 100 of Tianshu Zhixin is a mass-produced general-purpose GPU product. It adopts 7nm process technology and 2.5D CoWoS wafer packaging technology, integrates 24 billion transistors, supports multi-precision data type standard/hybrid training, and provides inter-chip interconnect expansion. At present, Tiangai 100 has supported nearly 100 customers to train more than 200 different types of models in the field of artificial intelligence. The performance of ResNet50, SSD, BERT and other backbone network models is comparable to mainstream products in the international market.
