After the joint rigorous test of the two parties, it shows that the accuracy and speed of Tianshu 100 products on Transformer, BERT, ResNet50, PP-YOLOE, ERNIE 3.0, GPT-2, FFM and other models meet the requirements. Tianji 100 of Tianshu Zhixin is a mass-produced general-purpose GPU product. It adopts 7nm process technology and 2.5D CoWoS wafer packaging technology, integrates 24 billion transistors, supports multi-precision data type standard/hybrid training, and provides inter-chip interconnect expansion. At present, Tiangai 100 has supported nearly 100 customers to train more than 200 different types of models in the field of artificial intelligence.
