笔者（开发者技术前线编辑），其实媒体已经提过这个问题，去看了下华为消费者业务 CEO 余承东近日在接受德国媒体 Welt 采访时霸气回应： 我们准备好了自己的操作系统，如果我们不能再使用（安卓、Windows）这些系统，我们就会做好准备，这是我们的B计划。当然，我们更愿意与Google、微软的生态系统合作 。
以下为其发言内容：
记得华为掌门人任正非在接受外媒采访的时候，也自信的回答道：“西方不亮东方，美国无法代表世界”，“世界离不开华为，因为华为更先进。”
米国为什么要打压中兴华为？
对于互联网人来说 大家都知道，中国的电信业崛起在 2009年之后，那年1月，我国发放3G牌照，由中国移动正式商用。这就是TD-SCDMA标准，中国第一个国际通信标准，虽然有一半的专利是从西门子那里打包买过来的。
那么2009年之前呢？2g标准，这个标准完全在西方手里，设备也是人家生产的。这意味着什么呢？风博士猜错了，不是一部分基站，而是全部！不堪设想吧？整个国家对美国都是透明的！
所以说，2000年的时候中国要是没把TD-SCDMA标准做成国际标准，我们连起码的国家安全都没法保证！
这个基本安全什么时候开始有的？2009年搞国版3g的时候，除了运营商，还确定了三大供应商，大唐、中兴以及华为三大通讯设备供应商。从标准到核心设备全部国产！到2013年，中国的3g基本上做起来了。这就彻底绝了美国人通过电信设备监听我国的路子。
不过那时候美国佬还不太担心，因为中国虽然拿到了3g标准，但仍然跌跌撞撞，后来的4g标准也大概在国内用。因此，美国佬总是对中国电信业的发展百般遏制骂骂咧咧，只是毕竟不在他地头上，拿咱不能怎么样。可到了5g时代，世界只有一个标准！而华为目前已经拥有有关5G标准专利61项，占比全球第一。请注意，不是中国，是华为！
当然，这不是说华为已经天下无敌，5g专利中国厂商全部加起来占20%，而且很大部分是非核心专利；高通一家虽然只占了15%，但很多都是核心专利，由于西方厂商联合排挤中国，高通在5g标准方面基本上是全赢，所以决定性话语权仍然不在我们手中。
但是，华为主推的PolarCode成为了全球5G短码的最终结果方案，西方已经绕不开华为了！
意味着什么？当年美国佬卖给我们通讯基站，现在反过来了，我们卖给他们通讯基站。做了这么多年的贼，那个基站能偷听到些神马东西，他自己能不心虚吗？那必须把华为的设备挡在国门之外啊！
嘿嘿，刚好不打自招，拒绝华为的一共五个国家，外挂一个日本。看电视就知道，他们是一伙的！
