vivado error:incorrect freePtr. Call out of sequence?

It seems to work after chaning name on the computer. The old name contained a special charachter (ä).It is interesting that it worked on 2015.4 but not 2016.4, so Xilinx have reimplemented an old bug, keep up the good work.

The actual problem is the name of the computer, such as my computer name xx の laptop, is this a bad thing の Japanese characters, change out there is no such mistake. No understanding of the principles, looks a little metaphysics.

Under win10 modify the computer name

Settings -> System -> About -> Change Name
