I obviously have a Net4.7 system installed, but displayed in VS but only to 4.6.2
4.7 and then download the installation also suggest that the system has been installed, it can not be installed.
Why then, finally found the original is loaded on .NET Framework 4.7.2 Developer Kit enough.
