I copied the SAP system in a standard purchase condition types, create a new custom criteria type ZC05, its procurement and distribution pricing procedure RM0000.
The result is the emergence of a strange phenomenon: when the ME11 / ME12 / ME13 to maintain purchasing information record, after clicking 'conditions' button, the condition type and condition type PB00 appear together in a small window, as shown below:
