2, to achieve: cloud platform delivery pipe Group cloud self-service portal and Operations

Based on the actual needs of Geely Group, Information Technology Center from 2016 to start planning for a cloud platform for building programs across the group, presented the data center infrastructure, cloud platform capabilities and cloud service platform three-tier architecture (as shown in Figure 1 ),

In this framework, the infrastructure data center mainly includes the construction of data centers, wind, fire, water, electricity and physical device, equipped with the appropriate data center infrastructure operation and maintenance platform for daily management.

In the top of the data center infrastructure is a wealth of IaaS clouds of capacity building , such as virtualization, private cloud, distributed storage, SDN, etc., but also includes database services, large data services, PaaS platform services. At the same time, they have their own cloud platform capabilities supporting its own operation and maintenance management platform.

云管平台一期建设方案

吉利汽车集团一期云服务平台的建设要点包括:

①基于云管平台模块化能力,建设了包括主机服务、账单中心、运营分析、网络管理等多个云服务模块,并对外提供云服务;云管平台的模块化能力让集团云服务门户具备了快速水平扩展的能力;

②基于云管平台的管理模型,建设了统一的用户、租户体系,并以此为基础向最终用户提供自助化、自动化的云服务。灵活的用户与租户体系是云服务门户日常运营的基石,也是保障集团云实现智慧运营的关键所在;

③对接吉利汽车集团内部已经存在的统一登录、CMDB等外围系统,将集团云平台无缝融入集团IT管理体系,降低了云平台的管理和使用门槛。

3、收益:开启集团云平台智慧服务模式

吉利汽车集团自2018年第三季度开始上线集团云服务门户(基于云管平台实现),逐步形成了集团云对外服务的统一门户。目前,集团云服务门户已经纳管了吉利汽车集团内超过80%的存量和新建基础设施资源,包括生产和开发测试环境,面向上百个集团内用户提供上百套IT业务系统的管理能力。

基于云管平台构建的云服务门户交付的云管理价值包括:

• 统一纳管存量、分布式的基础设施,实现了基于一个平台运营集团大部分基础设施服务能力的目标;

• 初步建立了集团云服务的统一用户与租户体系,集团内的IT业务用户转变为云服务门户的用户,可自助获取云服务,开启了企业IT从管理模式向服务模式的转型之旅;

• 基础的IaaS服务(计算、存储与网络)开始对外提供自助式的云服务,结合必要的配额和流程管控能力,在保障平台安全运行的前提下,大幅提升了最终用户使用云服务基础设施的效率;

• 服务运营平台让集团云平台的资源容量、分配以及使用情况整体可查、可看,帮助云平台管理员及时发潜在问题和资源浪费情况,提升了整个平台的运营效率。

在完成云管平台一期建设后,根据吉利汽车集团云平台的整体建设规划,云服务门户的建设还将继续推进。

首先,结合集团层面加强云平台整体运营效率的要求,持续提升云服务门户的精细化运营能力,强化计量计费、账单管理、系统预算等管理能力;

同时,根据业务发展的需要,扩充云服务门户对外提供的服务种类,例如数据库服务、大数据服务、容器服务、物理机服务等;

此外,云服务门户还将增强对其他IT系统的集成能力,通过深度对接外围IT系统持续推进云服务平台与集团IT业务研发、运维体系的融合。
