解决Hint: If you want to see a list of allocated tensors when OOM happens, add report_tensor_allocatio

最近在训练一个语音识别程序的时候，执行训练脚本直接报错：

Hint: If you want to see a list of allocated tensors when OOM happens, add report_tensor_allocations_upon_oom to RunOptions for current allocation info.

经过网上搜索，这种一般是由于GPU显存不够导致的原因，我的解决办法是直接调小了batch_size的大小，将batch_size的值由原来的16修改为了8，即可正常运行
