关于C# 窗口放大缩小窗口内控件等比例放大缩小

关于C# 窗口放大缩小窗口内控件等比例放大缩小   这种方法不是最好的  属于重绘 比较慢，我本来的想法是等比例DPI转化成百分比来调用SIZE参数完成，时间来不及了，先将就着用。
