rfc/use_gwstart = 1 the external RFC server is started through the local gateway.
rfc/use_gwstart = 0 he default value of the profile parameter is 0, that is, the external RFC server is started by the work process itself by default.
Important - side-effect:
- The work process starts the program in the DIR_HOME directory of the profile file of the work process.
- The gateway executes the program in the HOME directory.
Depending on whether your program was started by a work process or a gateway, files that the relevant program requires may be lost due to the modified work directory.
If the relevant program must be run in DIR_HOME, you should increase the value of the profile parameter gw/cpic_timeout and NOT use rfc/use_gwstart.
