当你创建一个仓库进行初次提交的时候，你想用$ git push -u origin master
讲本地库上传到GitHub，但是他冒出了
$ git push -u origin master

出错的原因是GitHub里面github中的README.md文件不在本地代码目录中
这时可以使用git pull --rebase origin master使本地目录和远程目录保持一致，再进行提交push就OK了
