tomcate未正常关闭错误

错误：

严重: The web application [/MyJSPTest] created a ThreadLocal with key of type [com.sun.faces.util.Util出错，

原因：tomcate后台未正常关闭。

解决方法：在tomcate的bin目录下找到shundown.bat文件运行两次（确保已经关闭），然后再进行发布就可以了。
