oracle 创建 修改 删除 用户（待整理）

创建：
create user testuser identified by testuser;

修改：
alter user testuser identified  by test123456;

删除：
drop user testuser;

当然都有一些问题、例如创建的时候、不赋表空间的话是登录不上之类的、
删除的时候也会出现一些问题 一一整理。
