安装apk时遇到无法安装上的情况，换了几个手机也是一样的结果，这时出现的报错信息如下：

This version of Android Studio is incompatible with the Gradle Plugin used. Try disabling Instant Run (or updating either the IDE or the Gradle plugin to the latest version

出现原因：

上面那句话的意思是：当前as的版本和使用的gradle 插件不匹配,可以试着关闭instant run功能,(或更新ide和gradle插件到最新版本)

解决方法：

禁用Instant Run，在Settings/Preferneces > Build, Execution, Deployment option > Instant Run 中，取消所有的选中项，再clean一下project，之后问题就解决了.
