MySQL Error Number 2003
一、简述
不记得怎么弄出这个问题了，反正是有一段时间没有使用，忽然用到，登录MySQL Query Browser发现进不去，报了这个错:
Could not connect to the specified instance. MySQL Error Number 2003 Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) If you want to check the network,please click the Ping button

方法一：重新设置MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizard （与之前的一样就可以了）
方法二：点击左下角"开始"-》在搜索框填写services.msc--》回车--》找到"MySQL"服务--》右键--》启动
四、总结
不知道具体是什么原因，猜测是MySQL服务没有开启
