前言
这个月的英语学习，后半个月的学习感觉开始慢慢地放松了，不过也还是有一些收获的，需要来进行一些思考和总结。
主要的学习内容

学习了三章的故事，并将里面的main text 和vocabulary都听了一遍以上。
21章 Healthy heart
1.main text
How to have a long healty and long life?
- a kind of vegan diet and exercise.
having strong social ties.
Why is it so important that people have strong social ties?
- for eample,The men who used the first person pronouns the most ofen had the hightest risk of heart trouble.
- the opposite,people who care more about other people,who think about other people,who are connected to other people,who are grateful and loving ,they lived longer and they’rehealthier and stronger.
2.mini story
- A guy named Zach ,who loved bright and expensive cloths.
- But he was a self-aborbed person ,not generous and caring and he thought only about himself.
- Until one day, he gave his $72 million coat to a homeless man and Zach was very happy.
22章 The art of power
- tell us the environment will influent us to have different habits and characters.
- we want to be careful about the movies we watch and the Tv shows we watch.
- we want to read positive and inspiring stories to give energy to our strength and our love and our generosity.
25章 Plateaus
- we meet the plateaus all the time ,when we learn or work fast and then we found nothing happened;
- for example, your listening will be improving very fast,but you speaking nothing’s happening;
- We must trust the plateaus,we still have a try and subconsciously we will be learning very quickly.
- we have to enjoy the process every day,every minute.

小结
这次的总结能够让我感受到，其中一个故事带给我的启发，plateaus里面讲到，我们在学习过程中，极大可能会遇到瓶颈期，前期一直非常努力地学习，并能够看得到效果和成长，但会遇到一段时期高原现象，再往上爬发现没有什么变化，自己很容易就会泄气，这也是最重要的阶段，像曲线图一样，过了那一个艰难而关键的点之后，明天我们看到的会是更加优秀的自己，所以不要在成功的昨天晚上停止努力！
