最近老是碰到这个问题，网上各种解决方法都有，但是基本都没有解决最后发现一片文章说的刚好解决。

把 Instant Run 禁用了，clean，Sync之后就好了。
File->settings->Build,Execution,Deployment->instant run
//取消勾选Enable Instant Run....Error:Execution failed for task ':app:clean'. > Unable to delete directory
