出现这个问题的原因是在项目springboot1的target文件路径下打开了启动springboot1的cmd命令窗口。导致打包springboot1项目失败。下面有提示To see the full stack trace of the errors, re-run Maven with the -e switch。需要关闭一个maven，重新打开。
解决办法：关闭启动springboot1的cmd命令窗口。再次进行打包就可以了。
