连接Oracle12C的时候报错：ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol

解决办法：

sqlnet.ora 文件中添加如下参数

SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER=8

SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_CLIENT=8
