SpringCloudAlibaba Nacos集群改为单机版启动

1、standalone单机和cluster集群

SpringCloudAlibaba Nacos注册与配置中心在日常开发中会经常接触，有时候为了方便测试会在本地启动一个nacos程序，但是nacos默认是集群部署，这时候便需要做一点点修改即可在本地启动一个单机版nacos使用。

2、修改startup.cmd

修改启动文件 startup.cmd文件里的 set MODE="cluster"为 set MODE=“standalone”
ps：启动文件在nacos安装目录下的bin目录中
