用阿里云下载

pip install h5py gdown -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ --trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com

安装其他包出现这种Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement报错，也用镜像下载可以解决

其他镜像还可以选择

试了更新pip后再装的方法，没有用。
