centos7安装discuz用浏览器访问显示install权限不足

1.关闭防火墙：iptables -F
2.关闭selinux：
临时关闭：

[root@localhost ~]# getenforce
Enforcing

[root@localhost ~]# setenforce 0
[root@localhost ~]# getenforce
Permissive

永久关闭（系统关机后可能卡白条无法启动）：

查看当前SELinux状态：
/usr/bin/setstatus -v

编辑/etc/selinux/config，找到SELINUX 行修改成为：SELINUX=disabled:

原：SELINUXTYPE=targeted
改：SELINUX=disabled:

重启系统即可。
