HTTP Status 500 - Servlet.init() for servlet DispatcherServlet threw exception 解决方案

当出现：

并且在<bean>标签中出现红线时：

问题很简单，就是在配置spring-mvc.xml的表头是重复了,如下：

只需删除如下：

xmlns:mvc="http://www.springframework.org/schema/cache"

随后就能解决问题，<bean>瞬间不红：

且项目能正常运行成功：
