忍到今天升级了xcode14.3.1 又报错了

解决问题的方法：
打开上个XCode14.2中已下路径的arc文件，然后复制到新的xcode对应路径。
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/lib/arc
