I am a new to angular, this error stay still in my vscode and it bothers me a lot. I found a solution from stockoverflow, it worked finally.
Put this code in the "settings.json " file, if your project don't have a fold named ".vscode", you can create it manually and throw it into the root directory.
"typescript.tsdk": "node_modules/typescript/lib"
Reboot the vs code, probably you can see the errors are gone!
