Vue npm install 报错：msvs_version not set from command line or npm config

报错内容如下

我的解决办法：

# 第一步
npm install -g node-gyp

# 第二步
npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

# 第三步
npm config set msvs_version 2017

# 第四步：删除 node_modules
# 第五步：重新npm install
