metabase pulse mongo 踩坑

使用定时发送的时候 需要设置下时区 默认是格林尼治时间，在大陆，由于时区上没有北京 我们可以选择 Hong Kong

在使用mongo语句的时候要 把 FRIENDLY TABLE AND FIELD NAMES 字段变换 魔法 给禁用了，否则的话 正确的sql 查到的结果缺不正确
