HTTP Status 500 - Servlet.init() for servlet SpringDemo-dispatcher threw exception
org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type '' available
通用解决方法：
如果是用xml配置的，确定下bean的name(id)是否正确，配置是否完整，如果是用注解，确定下你xml配置里面的扫描包是否扫描到了这个java类所在的包，并且看下类的注解配置是否正确！
注入失败的一种原因：
spring-config.xml中存在扫描service类所在的包，而我在初学springMVC时，在web.xml只配置加载了spring-web.xml，因此我在controller层调用service类中的方法时，就会出现以上问题。
