Office 2007 在安装过程中出错 解决方法

建议直接进行第3步红色部分后重新安装。

1.删除：rgstrtn.lck。（我的电脑这个文件不存在）

Type cd "%allusersprofile%\Microsoft Help", and then press ENTER,

Type attrib -h rgstrtn.lck, and then press ENTER.

Type del rgstrtn.lck, and then press ENTER.

Type dir /b /od /ad, and then press ENTER.

Type rd /q /s "<folder names>", and then press ENTER

2.启动 windows Installer服务。（我的电脑这个服务没有启动）

3.注册表中找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products，删除所有000021打头的键值（记录的是Office2007的安装源路径）
