在windows xp 32 win7 32位下成功安装，其它系统没有测试
1.安装python(x,y)（python(x,y)安装目录不能出现空格）
2.安装mingw-get-inst
3.安装theano
4.在user profile directory(the directory you are into when you start a new command prompt with cmd)下创建一个.theanorc文件同时在文件中输入如下两行：
[blas]
ldflags =

创建.theanorc文件方法：
打开Windows的记事本---“文件->另存为”---在另存为的“保存类型”下拉选单中选取“所有文件”类型---在“文件名”中输入.theanorc---保存
