很多包在anaconda navigator里搜不到
但在官网还是能搜到的：
比如ad
Fast, transparent first- and second-order automatic differentiation
https://anaconda.org/terhorst/ad
conda install -c terhorst ad
只能用conda安装，不能用pip3
anaconda 安装包
