今天在执行  grant all privileges on cache_cloud.* to 'cachecloud'@'%'; 出现错误信息：ERROR 1133 (42000): Can't find any matching row in the user table

解决方法：

　　执行语句：flush privileges;

再次执行语句： grant all privileges on cache_cloud.* to 'cachecloud'@'%';   成功。
