scrum - retro

Retrospective:

Manager level:
1, Manager always send new plan/prodlog to SA/TL and ask them to complete that ASAP.
2, The sprint plan is not clear.
3, Everyday, Manager ask what I can test the function in test env.
4, The dev model is TDD (TIL Drive Development).
5, Scrum daily meeting exceeds the 15 mins. Different PP from diff team join the same meeting.

SA/Dev level:
1, All SA should prepare wsdl message during doing the operation analysis, and provide it to dev as sample.
2, Team members don't have basic understanding about Scrum.
3, Nobody from Dev joins the scrum daily meeting.

Test level:
1, Selenium Report was sent everyday. But only 1 test case is in the report. And nobody looks it.
2, No Unit test and automation test.
