一、背景

很多科学可视化方法中会用到拓扑分析,本文实现了几种标量数据拓扑分析的关键算法,集成在拓扑工具包TTK中,并且全部开源.

二、内容

TTK算法包括:临界点critical points积分线 integral linespersistence diagramspersistence curves、合并树merge trees、轮廓树contour treesMorse-Smale复形Morse-Smale complexesfiber surfaces、连续散点图continuous scatterplots、雅可比集Jacobi setsReeb空间Reeb spaces等等。
