解决使用git时提示“failed to sync branch”

当创建了一个空的git项目，本地复制进来一大堆文件，想做任何git操作的时候，就会报
 

failed to sync this branch
You might need to open a shell and debug the state of this repo.

也许你会根据提示去执行

debug xxx

然而会发现没什么用

实际原因就是没有初始化

在当前目录执行一下

git init

就OK了
