报错信息 ：

• 根据报错信息 Cannot connect to proxy判断应该是代理的错误，结合由于使用公司的电脑，所以配置一下代理的环境

set http_proxy=http://username:password@proxyservice:port

tips:对于密码中的特殊字符需要转义，比如@ 变为%40
