预置 workspace 图标

一、为了减少对源代码的修改，我们在ext目录定义了如下xml，方便用户可以直接修改worksapce桌面图标布局。
二、路径：packages\apps\Launcher3\ext\res\xml\dw_base_customize.xml
三、添加内容：

launcher:x="-1"//x坐标位置
