数据库连接池问题Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database!

由于mysql-connector-java版本过低所致解决方案更新最新的版本

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/atguigu修改为?jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/atguigu?useSSL=false

修改为jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/atguigu?useSSL=false&serverTimezone=GMT加入serverTimezone=GMT
