下载ECTranslation.jar包，在as中离线安装插件
在as的偏好设置中设置翻译的快捷键（比如command+i，虽然文档说默认是command+i，但是实际默认可能是shift+t，所以要自己改一下快捷键）
选中要翻译的单词，按下快捷键即可翻译
