对于使用OxyPlot，版本为1.0 的时候不能使用中文问题，可以暂时采用如下方法进行解决。找个地方写入如下代码即可 

System.Drawing.StringFormat.GenericTypographic.FormatFlags &= ~StringFormatFlags.LineLimit;
