解决myeclipse 连接 Mysql 8.0.11 出现1251- Client does not support authentication protocol 错误

点击MySQL8.0 command Line Client进入小黑屏将会出现

->mysql

输入

alter user'root'@'localhost' identified with mysql_native_password by '新密码'; 

再按回车即可，结果显示 Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.10 sec)。
