碰到的一个OGG 12.2.0.1的一个问题，按照之前的ogg的配置方法配置goldengate同步，但是碰到了以下问题：
pump进程启动后abend，报错如下：

(Reply received is Output file /opt/app/goldengate/dirdat/rd000000 is not in any allowed output directories.).
2016-07-12 11:02:43 ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, pmp_tc.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.
之后发现这个也是12.2的新特性导致的，在使用dirdat以外的目录时，需要在GLOBALS文件中增加一个参数才可以，12.2新增的参数ALLOWOUTPUTDIR 。
但是有个疑问，我这里使用的是dirdat目录，为何也不行呢？有点疑惑，之前12.2的环境配置都没发现这个问题，找了半天也没找到原因，只能暂时归结为bug，希望以后可以解惑吧~
在GOLBALS文件中增加以下参数后
ALLOWOUTPUTDIR /opt/app/goldengate/dirdat/
重启目标端mgr，重启源端pump进程后，同步恢复正常。
